Information collected

This may include identity and contact details, billing, order and transaction information, correspondence, IP addresses, security events, and essential technical access. Bipida does not collect or store card PINs, CVV2 codes, or one-time payment passwords.

Technical access

Access to SSH, hosting panels, WordPress, Odoo, databases, Git, cloud platforms, DNS, and APIs is used only to perform the agreement. Customers should create limited, temporary access where possible and change it after the work is complete.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold or disclosed for unrelated advertising. It is shared only as necessary with payment providers, hosting infrastructure, required technical services, or a valid legal authority. Information is retained only for as long as required for service delivery, financial and contractual records, security, or legal obligations.
